• Support Sucks!!!

  Easy to use. Looks and works great.

  Cons

  No support. I purchased this 2-3 years ago, when I went to load the program on new laptop, the passkey no longer works. I have emailed the company repeatedly with ZERO results.

  As much as I like the product, will never do business with this company again.

  Support is next to nothing.

  Summary

  Tech support, if you call it that, is American names disguising their Chinese names. They never answer a direct question. My be language barrier. The pgt file always has the wrong paths in it. Paths are pointing to the installation folder. Support does not answer email.

  Pros

  This software installed easily and gave me add-ins for Dreamweaver, Front Page and Expression Web. I used it the first time today and had a very nice looking DHTML menu very quickly. Althought I liked all of the provided templates I ended up creating my first menu without a template. It was very easy and looks great on the site. Very easy to configure and get exactly the look you need.

  Cons

  I use Vista and had a problem getting the add-in to work with Expression Web. But it really isn't needed. Just use the program and cut and paste the code into the page.

  I ran across this program because I was using a competitor's product that did NOT work. The SoThink system is easy to set up with intuitive menus and options that can be applied across multiple items. It works first time, every time on all browsers I have tried (IE, Fire fox, Flock, Opera). The options for appearance and function are so vast I have yet to scratch the surface! I HIGHLY recommend this program over others you may have seen. I have constructed my own menus using CSS and DHTML and find this method infinitely easier.

  Cons

  Publishing the menus was a little hard to understand at first but I have some stringent requirements. Now all is good.
