Version: xplorer2 1.7.1.3
"Very Cool! I use it almost daily."
Pros: Seeing the size of the directories is invaluable.
Selecting multiple rows is very cool too.

Version: xplorer2 1.7.1.3
Pros: great product.
Cons: I don't know why but this release crashed on start up. I still give it 3 stars because the last release was great.

Version: xplorer2 1.7.1.3
Pros: I've been using xplorer2 for about a couple of years, give or take, now, and you're right. Once you start using this, you'll NEVER go back to the standard, built-in Windows Explorer! I know I haven't. However, when I got it, it was FREE, well, sort of. You could send a donation to the developer if you chose to. But now they're charging THIRTY BUCKS for it?!?!? How disappointing!
Cons: It's not free anymore!

"the best replacement for explorer"
Pros: I have used a number of other windows explorer replacements, xplorer2 stands out from the rest in its clean interface and very useful features which I ACTUALLY USE, the 30$ is worth the time you save after switching to xplorer2.even the free - lite version offers a ton of features, make sure you check it out?oh yes it also light on resources (uses 4mb ram in my m/c!).

"I couldn't live without xplorer2"
Pros: The ability to view and compare 2 directories at once is invaluable and is a must for any IT professional. The copy function can be invoked with a single key and is very quick. Syncing of directories is supported. Also the ability to limit the number of files displayed ensures quicker file management. The preview function is useful and avoids the continuous switching between file views. This product is what Microsoft should have produced years ago.
Congratulation to the author someone who understands what power users actually do.
The cost for the Pro version is money well spent.
