"Using it to clean 26 remote POP server mail boxes"
Pros: AWESOME product to filter server based POP accounts! Even alerts the remote users that their email was not delivered. External provider wasn't doing as good a job running anti spam as I would like, so I installed this after looking at 5 other packages. This is good for small 1-50 email accounts, although as far as I can tell you can put as many email address' as you would like into the product. Easy dictionary imports and easy additions for unwanted email content is excellent, but the one thing that puts this product over the top is the ability for it to automatically add email address to the safe or white list of accounts just by that account sending the pop server a special password that you can create. I installed this on Windows Server 2003 and XP. 2003 still running like a champ. WP was working but now has issue connecting/authenticating. This prodcut also has a cool export feature for which you can put it easily to a USB or network drive and run it from another computer.
Cons: Would be nice to have an import feature for email address'.

Pros: The concept is brilliant. Just what need. I love the idea of the pre-canned message being sent back to "unknown" senders, explaining that if they can provide a 'magic word' in the subject line, they will be auto-approved for email delivery.
Cons: Alas, the pre-canned message does not successfully deliver, because the "Outgoing Mail Server Authentication" mechanism does not work when multiple email accounts have been configured (@ Ver 5.0.0.358) and although i have made attempts to notify the authors, they have not replied, nor released a fix at this stage. (If you have an upstream SMTP server that does NOT require authentication, you may have better luck, but my ISP and Yahoo mail etc all require authentication.)
