Publisher's description of Ultra Hal Text-to-Speech Reader
The Ultra Hal Text-to-Speech Reader application will read your documents out loud in one of its many high-quality voices. This can be a great tool for proofreading because hearing your text out loud helps you spot all mistakes. This program also can be used for reading e-books, reading Clipboard content, and speaking instant messages. Also, it is able to save its output as a WAV file, which can be converted into a MP3 file.
Version 1.0.3 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: Ultra Hal Text-to-Speech Reader 1.0.3
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: After I typed in a few words, I clicked the "Read" button and heard absolutely nothing. Then when I tried to save it as a WAV file, the program shut down. Plus, there's no uninstaller included. No wonder why it's free. Don't waste your time downloading this junk.

Version: Ultra Hal Text-to-Speech Reader 1.0.3
Pros: it works really well, especially for free. I have a lot of fun with this, the only thing it needs is to include some real voices but finding that for free is next to impossible
Cons: It crashes on me now and then, but maybe it is my computer, who knows!

Version: Ultra Hal Text-to-Speech Reader 1.0.3
Pros: I have used this and it works fine. Its free, so what do you expect? but it is pretty cool with many different uses. One of the more childish ones, is calling up friends and typing in funny things to say in a robot voice. And you can unistall it.
check it our for yourself.
Cons: Dont like how it automatically starts up and reads, everything.
