Pros: My old computer crashed and took my whole music library with it. My ipod was the only place holding all my music. After trying 2 other programs to recover my music (and ratings/play counts) I finally found this program and it ROCKED!!!
Cons: nothing - easy to use, fast and cheap for the peace of mind gained by recovering all of your music, ratings, play counts and playlists!
Summary: I know you can plug your ipod into your computer with the USB cable and (as long as your computer is set to reveal hidden files/folders) copy/paste the contents of your ipod to your harddrive and recover them, you lose all your ratings, play counts ... read more >>

Pros: nothing it was terrible
Cons: The license code I was given was incorrect
Summary: After paying $24.99 I was given the wrong licence code and I'm still waiting on a reply from the publisher.

Cons: Doesn't do what it is claimed to do.
Summary: I BOUGHT the software thinking the price is reasonable for what it claims to be able to do. It wont pull songs off my i-Pod and put them into iTunes. Okay, hold on, I lied. It did pull songs off my iPod, songs that were ALREADY in iTunes. So now... read more >>

"Thank you... saved all of my music & iPod"
Pros: My truck was broken into 2 weeks ago. My laptop and back-up were stolen. Including all of my music. I'm a pro musician so all of my recordings and all of my music were gone, except on my iPod. After purchasing this program, everything was 5x5!
Cons: None... had to buy it to get everything copied, but not upset about it! just hap[py it worked!
Summary: As the trial will only copy 10 songs as it is a trial, once you buy the program, it works well! But, YOU HAVE TO BUY THE PROGRAM! Programmers don't work for free and the people that are not happy are the people who didn't invest in the technology. ... read more >>
