This program permits people to communicate with each other via text messages, video, and audio. iSpQ VideoChat requires a Webcam and a microphone. After you register, you can log into the program. It lets you set up My Place, your personal chat room that can be password-protected and to which you can issue invitations. However, you cannot create a separate room for video communication with just one person. You can only send still images, audio, and text messages. Rooms are rated Adult or Family, and the company notes that the program is not for kids. The program works a bit slowly but is stable. Except for a sideways-scrolling licence agreement, it's easy to install. The help file and company Web site mitigate the complexity of the program. Chatters with high-speed Internet connections will get the most out of this program.

  "SUXXXX (save your money)"

  Cons: The quick messages get easily intercepted from other users which will post your pictures on internet to make fun of you.

  the management really dont care about that and if you complain about this problem they will ban you forever. All what they care is youur money of course, but is funny to read all ******** they claim on their site about care of customers. IF YOU R LOOKING FOR A NICE VIDEOCHAT PROGRAM TRY PALTALK !!! IT ROCKS !!! and plenty of sexy ppl too.

  "no customer support simply high class scam company and service"

  Pros: the comunication with people around the world its wonderful but the support and how the treat the users and customers way to low its new kind of scamming its just the money they care for not the customer complain about their serivce and u get banned for ever even though you bought the program mean they take their program and they take your money as well its like hey we want the program back and your money .!!

  Cons: no cutomer care no respectful for the registed users they simply ignore you after they get your money no protection from others which your pictures and your messeges can be published on the internet on other sites to make fun of you no privacy they have the monitor thing to which if a user know that monitor and u have personal issue with that user who know the monitor u simply get banned and u get accused u have been doing bad things on there simply the monitor fabric a false reason on u so the monitor and the user dont get cought the monitor have total access to ur privacy i've been user for many years and i experience all this things and i got banned to my money is gone as well so all this facts beside the bugs in the QM and hackers can take ur account when they want to means ur privacy all over the net,simply save ur cash to better cam progaram like ICUII

  "works well, no support, controlled by other users, save your money"

  Pros: This software works well, has good video quality on large screens

  Cons: Due to the fact that there is VIRTUALLY NO CUSTOMER support. I wouldn;t spend a dime on this product. It is impossible to reach NanoCom if you encounter problems. All phone lines lead to the same answering machine and they never return calls. They have abandoned policing thier own product. They put out updates and charge 50$/year but allow community monitors to run the system. Many people are banned forever because they are either friendly with the Monitors or intimidate them. Many hackers flooding mailboxes. If you paid your money and get banned by another user you cannot even reach the ISPQ network to follow their own instructions as to how to fix a problem/dispute. DO NOT BE A SUCKER until this company takes responsibility for its product it will remain a collection device for your dollars with no recourse for reimbursement or reconnection should you be victimized by the Room Monitors. If you have been scammed by them report it to your credit card company, the better business bureau, Dunn & Bradstreet and send letters of your experience to the magazines that THEY CLAIM give them rave reviews. Use the free version only!!!!!!
