Version 4.1 changes the ranking of hands for 3-card poker games. A three-straight or three-flush now beats a pair. The Hand Strengths for all 101 game files included with iPoker were reset and their databases were regenerated.

This poker game offers better game play than other versions for the Mac platform and plenty of extras to keep you coming back for another deal. iPoker offers 101 different versions of poker and you can create custom games if those don't suit your playing style. There are also several table designs to choose from if you get bored with the default. But our favorite part of this software (aside from the game of poker itself) is the animated players that move and speak while you play the game. Each character has its own unique personality, which adds to the fun of the game. Overall, the number of game types make it a must-have for poker players, and it's great for beginners, too, with its fun and animated AI.
