Chat with other online users in a full-screen personal video conference environment over any broadband connection. iChat AV uses patented anamorphic resizing techniques so that the video of the person you're chatting with fills the entire screen without distortion. iChat AV also lets you size your video window to whatever size suits your style- from the large default of 352x288 pixels to full-screen mode. You can even resize a window during the middle of a conference. iChat AV v2.1 adds support for video conferencing with the AOL Instant Messenger 5.5 for Microsoft Windows

When you install iChat AV, the software automatically configures and optimizes itself for your setup. There is no hassle over network setup or peripherals. While iChat AV works best with iSight, you can use any FireWire DV camera or Webcam for video chat.

"iChat AV is awsome"

Summary: I have had this program from the day it was out. I have never had any problems with it. You can personalize your buddy icons (and your buddies' too :P) really easily. You are able to talk to other people who have iChat (not typing....just talking... read more >>
