This free but somewhat unappealing application lets you manage user-account information. OEM Password Recovery displays the resource Web site addresses, account names, and corresponding passwords used to log into Outlook Express, Microsoft Messenger, and some Web sites, but only from browsing with Internet Explorer. The resource site name is quickly presented once you run the program, and a double-click on the file icon reveals the corresponding username and password. You can selectively delete, copy, or save the information. However, the program only lists passwords and user-account names that have been saved to the system. OEM Password Recovery's basic interface doesn't include a much-needed help file to explain its scope and purpose. Given it's extremely limited in the applications it works with and only displays saved information, we can't see much point in downloading it.
