  Nitro PDF Professional

  More complex than I need

  Pros: Works well but all I need is something to produce pdfs directly from a scanner.

  Cons: Doesn't print duplex correctly and there's no way of fixing it. I often print two-sided forms One copy at a time works of OK but I want to do 20 at a time. Nitro PDF Professional prints 20 pages of page one back-to-back followed by 20 page of 2 back-to-back. There is no 'collate' option in its print menu. In view of this once the trial expires I won't be purchasing this software.

  Love the nitro PDF

  Pros: I like it more then adobe PDF, doesn't use up alot of memory on my PC

  TERRIBLE Job of converting to Word document

  Cons: MS Word output was completely jacked up, even regular text.
