  Powerful protection in an easy to manage package

  Pros: Protects your computer with an easy to use interface, and doesn't nag you to death when its time to renew.

  Very good

  Pros: - Great virus/spyware protection

  - Many options

  - Dosen't slow down the PC

  - Keeps itself up to date daily

  Cons: - At first, in the learning prosess, it might be kinda annoying for some that you often have to click ALLOW or DENY but it's well worth it after a while.

  Pros: I have had Zone Alarm for about 5 years. I have had McAfee and all the rest. Zone Alarm is the best by far. It can be very techincal ot you can use the "suggested" setting.

  Cons: Sometime you can adjust it so much that it won't let you on.

  Slows down computer tremendously!!!!

  Pros: it seems very reliable, no viruses coming in, and stops a scary amount of intrusion attempts.

  Cons: Slows down the computer to an annoyingly slow level. Start up takes 4ever, the system is continously working very hard to keep up with the program, surfing the web takes way too long and downloading any program, well, i can read a book, go shopping and come back and then it;s still going. We're going back to AVG...

  Pros: It does work!

  Cons: It never would fully load in XP! I had it on my system since December 2007. The console would lock up and I couldn't do adjustments to the software. This is after 10 clean installs recommended by Zone Alarms customer service form. I couldn't view PDF files even with the lastest Adobe upgrades. Zone Alarm was blocking something else too but I can't remember. I had the lastest upgrades from Zone Alarm but it never ********* like the older versions. I was a Zone Alarm customer for 8 years and I always had trouble installing their software. It always seem to work ok in the past after awhile. At least the console wouldn't lock up. But is seems to have gotten worse not better over the years.
