Though touted as a toolbar for YouTube users, this add-on keeps you at close range to a few popular Web sites. YouTube Toolbar features a very sparse interface. It comes preloaded with buttons for Google, eBay, PayPal, Break.com, GotSnipe.com, and, yes, YouTube. There's a button that lets you shop for airfares, but it only takes you to two sites: Travelocity and Priceline. YouTube Toolbar is missing any sort of option that would let you customize the toolbar, so it won't be possible to check the weather or access other applications from this one. All-in-all, this what-you-see-is-what-you-get add-on might be helpful for users who frequent YouTube Toolbar's preset sites, but anyone looking for more options from an IE add-on should look elsewhere.
