Publisher's description of Yadis Backup
From Codessentials:Our number-one-software is Yadis. It's an easy-to-use backup-tool, which will save you a lot of troubles. It guards your personal data by making real-time copies (whenever you make changes to your documents) to almost any destination you choose. You do not need to shedule. Whenever you make a change, your data is saved. If the backup destination is not available then the backup is postphoned untill the destination becomes available again.

Version: Yadis Backup 1.6.5
Pros: The main thing to like about this program is that your files are backed up in real time. You create or edit a file in a watched folder and it is immediately backed up to your backup location (even to an FTP site!). It has already saved me when the power was out and I had backed up to an external portable HD. A must have program, IMHO.

Version: Yadis Backup 1.6.5
Cons: Could not do auto backup in Vista. Lack of documentation did not help.

Version: Yadis Backup 1.6.5
Pros: It doesn't seem to do anything! (And 1 star is only because CNET doesn't allow 0 star ratings!)
Cons: Well, I installed it, let it run, and nothing seems to happen - there's no help file or tutorial and it's just sitting on my taskbar and system tray doing apparently very little.
I've uninstalled.

Version: Yadis Backup 1.6.5
Pros: I've been using it for a month now I've looked for and tried several backup programmes Yadis is great and the easiest one so far so I won't be looking anymore, I'd recommend it highly, so give it a try.

Cons: No problems.
