Our Vista sidebar for Microsoft Windows XP and Vista has gadgets like media players, Sticky's,Calculators,google search, yahoo search, and lots of more search engines. It has also vista sidebar gadgets like weather and system uptime and lots of more useful gadgets. The sidebar uses 50% less RAM and is faster than the original Microsoft Sidebar with more extras and works on Microsoft Windows Vista and XP. Thoosje's Vista Sidebar is also part of the Vista Transformation Pack.

Version 2.2 features new gadgets, has better performance, and fixes bugs.

"Great sidebar!"

Pros: It has a lot of gadgets like clock, weather, network monitor etc... All the gadgets are small and you can put them on your desktop or stick them to the sidebar to align them. Overall very handy little gadget that is easy to use.

Cons: Some people have reported spyware being downloaded from this program although I haven't had any, and the gadgets could have a little more detail like the weather gadget and others, but it is still a great program.

Pros: plenty of gadgets, NO SPYWARE encountered, just what i was looking for. easy as vista sidebar to use. lightweight. i like this one out of all the sidebars i've tried.

Cons: none i've seen

"Free Spyware Attached!!"

Pros: pretty impresive piece of software able to replicate the vista counterpart!!!

Cons: I used this sidebar for 1 week just to try it out.. and after installing it on my computer somethings strange is happening on my computer,my firewall(comodo) did registered that this software is asking for access on the internet even if am not doing anything or whatsoever.. this gives me a motive to investigate and recenlty i founded out(thanks to CounterSpy) that my PC is Infected with smilEmail Spyware WTF!!! upon on the spyware definition i learned that no doubt that this software did downloaded spywares without the user's consent!!!! Download.com pls remove this software on the softwares list.. We didnt know how this software outpast your companies policy but this software is very destructive to personal privacy... this is a great loss to every user that will install and be victimize by this software!!
