Windows XP Firewall Port & Application Manager can add a single port (Windows Firewall GUI can do that), a range of ports (Windows Firewall GUI cant do that) and of course applications. Also you can make custom port lists which you can save which makes deployment easier. Does not need installation.

In version 0.2 you can change the state of the Firewall enabled/disabled. You can change the state of notifications from the Firewall enabled/disabled. You can define the scope in which the port(s) or application will have access.

"Did Not Work"

Cons: Did Not Work. Complained that all ports were blocked. It could at least report which ports were blocked.
