From Microsoft:Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (SP4) provides the latest updates to the Windows 2000 operating systems. These updates are a collection of fixes in the following areas: security, application compatibility, operating system reliability, and setup. Windows 2000 SP4 is a recommended update that includes the updates contained in previous Windows 2000 service packs.
Note: This is a very large file (130MB) and may take several hours to download via 56K modem.

"I found this product to be all it claimed to be."
Pros: It is necessary to have this update to 2000 for some programs to run. I installed it on a Pentium II PC, 133MHz, 196M RAM with no problems.

"Loaded up clean & followed the prompt's. No grief at all."
Pros: Easy to apply. It tidied up a lot of web browsing annoyances and even system start-up is quicker.
