This program provides the ultimate in system filing and accessibility, although the massively cluttered interface is a turnoff. On the tail end of the installation, WindowPane sorts and populates four lists based on file extensions. In our case, we had DOC, XLS, JPEG, and MP3 files as initial listings and could quickly grab other file types using the program's drop-down menus. The application's interface is packed and displays each list side by side; fortunately you can click the single/double button to switch to a two-window display. You can scroll through your entire list of files for a specific one, though only 25 are viewable at a time. WindowPane can instantly launch multiple files at once and even features a handy application-only button to launch a blank slate of the corresponding program. Its interface is overflowing with associated file data, and scrolling to locate your desired file is a pain when you have a lengthy list. You'll only receive 10 days to familiarize yourself with this program's functions, though we must say, you'll like its filing skills.
