Further it lets you to upload any files to your remote server. Important: install language pack before WinPenPack first run. WinPenPack Flash Web includes: e107 version 0.7.11 (official English version), X-Firefox (Browser), X-FileZilla (FTP Client), X-KompoZer (Html editor), Notepad++ (advanced text editor), X-RSciTE (advanced text editor), X-WinMerge (it allows to find differences between two text-files or folders), X-Gimp (images and graphics management), and Pampa Web Server (Local Web Server - Windows GUI that manages as a stand-alone application an AMP environment: Apache, MySQL and PHP).

Version 3.4 includes unspecified updates.

This is a very special USB application collection for those interested in the e107 content management system. Designed to be installed on a small USB drive, WinPenPack Flash Web's collection of programs makes it possible to create, manage, and update your Web site from a portable USB drive. One click installs the collection to your USB drive or hard drive folder. Nothing is installed to your system, so you can update your content management system from anywhere you can plug in the USB drive.

A helpful program and options menu is optionally set to open on the Start tray as soon as the USB drive is inserted. If you can't get to the tray, a small menu window is easily accessible. The collection's freeware includes browsers, FTP clients, graphics, text, and HTML editors. In short, most everything needed to manage a Web site.

WinPenPack Flash Web is constructed to easily set up Apache, MySQL, and PHP under PAMPA. Setting up the CMS, e107, takes a few minutes through a browser-based wizard. E107 isn't a CMS for new users. The program's interface is complicated, and a basic understanding of PHP is required to construct your own plug-ins. However, users who simply want to play with e107 or create a Web site on an USB drive, will be up and running in 10 minutes.

Each program is ready to run from the drive. An introduction sheet includes links to included program's home pages, but documentation varies widely according to the author. Intermediate to advanced users won't have any trouble learning to operate any of the applications.

Unfortunately, there isn't a simple method to add or delete items form the menu, but the collection uses a mere 146MB of your drive. This all-in-one collection is a good start for managing your Web site from a USB drive.
