Weird Metronome
Does its job as a metronome with nice additional feature.
Pros: It does it job as a metronome. And gave a nice selection of percussion sounds to replace to tics n tacs of metronome. The beat pattern is adjustable too.
Moreover, it's small to download and FREE. You have nothing to loose here.

Great!
Pros: It's the first one I've found with the volume being fully adjustable. This is cool when I have my monitor speakers cranked up and I don't want to be blown out of the studio with the metronome click. I love the tempo versatility and the ability to assign different sounds and volumes for each beat. Good Stuff!

Excellent freeware metronome
Pros: It is very customizable and just works great! I've never had any problem with uneven or "missed" beats. I've copied the following directly from the developer's faq to explain why that might happen on some computers.....
"The beats don't play back evenly for me. What's up?
This is an unfortunate problem with Windows. Timing just doesn't work as perfectly as I'd like it to. I've got the program set up to use the most precise timer available in the system, but Windows still messes things up occasionally.
You could try turning off all the programs that run in the background, such as virus scanners, instant messenger clients, task schedulers, and so on. Apart from that I don't really have any better advice than to get faster hardware. This could include more memory, faster hard disk, faster processor, faster motherboard, better sound card, and so on.
Another thing that might impact performance is if you're running a software MIDI emulator. You'll probably get the best results from using the MIDI hardware on your sound card. Unfortunately this may sound like the pings and pops of an old fashioned arcade game. A more recent and/or expensive sound card would probably sound better...."

The most amazing metronome I've ever had.Just unbelievable.Trully it's awesome.
Pros: I've been trying to find a metronome that goes beyond regular 250bpm, I needed
600bpm, but this thing goes up to 1000, and you've got a wide range of sounds, beats, measures.It's got everything.Thank you very much for this product!!!
