LingoBid created an easy to use editor that enables you to create and validate dictionaries for your Web site. while building them (with the help of translators) you can view the translated Web site on your computer (by the editor) and even right-click on sentences to fix them. After the dictionaries are ready, you can send them to LingoBid to get a small install-client (with the dictionaries) that you can put in your Web site for users to download, or you can get links (for each language) to LingoBid server that will translate the Web site with your dictionaries (proxy server). In this you only put the links in your Web site.
Version 1.24 has fixed bug with changing the charset and added translation for the "keywords" and "description".
