From Swift Software: AudLib ACM Wave Player, Recorder, Converter OCX contains controls to play, record, convert, compress, and encode WAV audio files with the Windows ACM (Audio Compression Manager). Different types of WAV encoding and compression, such as ADPCM or MP3, are possible. The control features multifile parallel support, volume control, position changes, looping, multithread support, background conversion, and real-time level meters.
