From Vizros: Vizros Explorer is a Windows-Explore-alike program that makes it easy to search, explore and download image files from Internet. It displays the hierarchical structure of web sites and downloads all the image files in those sites. Instead of opening each site individually, you can browse through them in a single window. The left pane of the Vizros Explorer, called Site Windows, contains a tree structure of HTML sites. The right pane, the Image Window, displays the contents of each selected site. You can use the View menu to change how the icons in the right pane appear.

You'll be impressed with this application's ability to quickly and easily grab all the images from an entire Web site at once and view them as thumbnails. Vizros Explorer's clean, two-paned interface is easy to comprehend and use. The left pane displays a site's tree structure, for easy navigation among the downloaded images; the right pane displays thumbnails from the page selected on the directory tree. This app and its design are great if you're searching for a specific image at a graphics-heavy site but can't remember the exact location of the graphic.
Vizros Explorer performed quickly and efficiently, even with graphics-intensive sites. We were able to save individual searches for later viewing. Clicking a thumbnail opens an image in its own window. Specifying the depth of a search (how many levels into a site to go) was simply done at the launch of a search, but we weren't able to change that setting on the fly in the middle of a search session. Although the stated limitation for the demo is 10 images per site, we picked up far more than that.
Any level of user interested in collecting a wide range of images from sites in an easy-to-manage fashion will appreciate this shareware.
