  Good IDE, but missing some basic features

  Pros: The intellisense is vastly improved in this version and the help is actually helpful. There is a lot of community support as well at the asp.net website.

  Cons: Would like to see block commenting in VB.NET. You can get add-ons for this, but it is about time that it be included like every other language.
