Pros: What a huge let-down!
I saw the download featured on Download.com, and thought to myself: Could this be? A free download that lets my XP have the only features I really want from Vista (for now, till all its compatibility issues are sorted out): Cool interface and window transparency. The screen shot on the Windows X website convinced me. I downloaded, installed... and then...
Cons: #1 no transparency
#2 no shadows
#3 the rounded taskbar start button isn't aligned correctly
#4 The Vista Sidebar doesn't work on dual monitors (stuck on Monitor 1)
Read the fine print. The coolest effect (and the reason you probably want to download this software) like transparency is provided only by WindowsBlinds that you'd have to buy for $20 or something like that, and has nothing to do whatsoever with this download pack. Bummer.
Have a look at the Brocopacs on CrystalXP dot net, you'd be much better off.

Install the Glass2K at the check boxes for the transparency. Others should be with your configuration, not the program.

i would recommend using DesktopX for the perfect vista theme complete with transparency and the sidebar
And get TOPDESK for the AeroGlass look

i had the shadow and Transpairentcy and the start button unalined is crazy because you got two buttons that does that menu, the monitor thing is a personal problem
