  I use PixelviewPlay TV Pro. This software can only find 4 out of 14 channels found by Pixelview's default software. <p>It can only record for 5 minutes with pictures and sound quality degraded (compared to default software) and only supports wmv.

  It is small but can do so many things, and I did not see the problem phlogistic said when I Video On and Video Off many times.

  I install it and try it...I click the "video on" & "video off" buttons, and the television image jumps out of the window to the top-left portion of my windows screen, while the window for the program is in another spot on the desktop. No thanks...this isn't even alpha tested.

  It seems this is actually media player, it works on camcorder, capture device and webcam. Other players such as Windows Media Player, Realplayer are just file players

  One hit of "r" to record and another hit of "s" to stop, it is the most convenient Personal Video record software, And I use it shrank my dv video to orginal size's 1/26, but the quality is same.

  It does work on my V-Gear TV Tuner, Aplux webcam and my ZR40 camcorder, It even supports Zoom on my camcorder when I take self snapshot. It is so neat!

  It supports DV tape copying, TV program schedule recording and the video quality is pretty good.
