Comprehensive electronic medical records with labs, medications, allergies, histories, prescription writing, and progress notes. Standard and Ob/Gyn versions. Templates included for family practice complaints from anxiety to vision problems, and for examinations of body systems. Drug list, allergies, labs, histories and templates for notes are all customizable. Version 3.141 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Note: This is a very large (176MB) file and may take several hours to download via dial-up modem.

  VersaForm EMR Basic Edition

  Easy setup, easy to use EMR

  Pros: I got up and running with electronic medical records very quickly. The software is very easy to use yet still does everything I need. I called support to ask a question about patient setup and they were very responsive and helpful.
