Editor's review of Ultimate Popup Killer
This unsophisticated utility is far from being ultimate. In our testing, it let in numerous pop-ups, especially on the site for the French newspaper Le Monde. The utility does not have a blacklist, and you can't block pop-ups manually. Ultimate Popup Killer eats a fair amount of memory for such a simple tool. It also changes your browser home page, which is inconvenient at best. Despite the fact that it's free, most users would benefit by looking elsewhere for a pop-up blocker.
