This program helps you turn your images into a polished slide show ready to distribute on VCD, SVCD, or DVD. The installation of Ulead CD & DVD PictureShow looks great but takes a while. The biggest surprise is that the software doesn't really have a traditional interface, instead relying on a step-by-step wizard. You can add video, audio, other slide shows, and transitions to the new presentation. Not to waste discs, you can preview your creation immediately before burning it. With PictureShow, most users won't have to buy dedicated burning and image-editing utilities. ExpressFix enables beginners to turn even the weakest shots into decent photos. You don't need to play with settings, just choose one of the correction variants it offers. Home users are likely to appreciate the speed and flexibility of producing a slide show with of Ulead CD & DVD PictureShow.

  One of the best

  Pros: I found this product one of the best photo slideshows out there and it's very easy to use and install. The features are great aswell as the customization. This product has the most support available out of any other photo slideshows available. The slideshow quality is excellent and worth the money.

  Cons: There aren't many publishing methods included in this product and not as many features as some others have. The price could be reduced as I don't think I would ever pay $50.00 for it but it's certainly worth a download. If you're looking for something like this but cheaper, I strongly recommend Proshow.

  Pros: This Is really nice software,the Interface Is nice and easy to understand.I was using Memories on TV and decided to give this one a try and trust me this Is much better than Memories on TV.Very professional looking results when you burn on Dvd or SVCD with this software.

  Cons: A little bit slow and lags once In while,but all Ulead products do that,Im not sure why. But nothing major.

  The trial version is very basic -- Beware of no tech support from Ulead.

  Cons: Since Ulead seems to be looking at these reviews maybe they will see this complaint. Ulead has poor tech support! I have Ulead DVD Movie Factory 3 and I've had problems with it since the beginning. I have tried getting help from their tech support but Ulead never replies to my emails and wants $1+ per minute for phone help. My problem with Movie factory 3 is not mine alone since I've found it listed in various DVD authoring chatrooms -- never with a solution.

  Great program, easy to use, many features-kind of slow

  Pros: The program is very easy to use and user who stated that you are limited to ten photos in the full version is just wrong. I've created slideshows with far more than ten photos. Also tech support was okay. I emailed them with my problem and the solution was emailed back the next day.

  Cons: The program is EXTREMELY slow if you use certain special features such as Motion, Transition and pan & Zoom effects. Of course you wouldn't buy this program unless you wanted to use these type of features. They should make it clearer how slow the program is. A 1.28GB project took almost 2 hours to process on P4 3Ghz with a Gig of memory. Not neccessarily a huge issue as long as you know and can plan for the long processing time.
