Replaces your desktop picture with a high-resolution image of Earth, complete with accurate current lighting conditions (sun, moon, city lights, and real-time clouds). This image will change throughout the day to reflect the movement of the sun, moon, and clouds in real time. Tons of features like citylights at night, zoom capabilities, and political and satellite maps make this a top-notch earth viewer. Version 4.0.4 offers a completely revamped GUI; can now be controlled through it's own preference pane; and supports vertically oriented displays. Version 4.2 includes unspecified updates.

  Pros: I LOVE IT SO MUCH. It's a little bit expensive, but its really the desktop picture that you are never going to want to change so its worth it. I get so many comments from people asking me how they can get it too. It works great if you get an app like candybar to change some of your mac icons to match the picture. A+++
