Pros: It is good with cleaning up invalid files and optimizing memory. I have just been on the trial product so far & considering purchasing.

"TuneUp Utilities 2008 DOES have a Disk Defragmenter"
Pros: Great Memory Optimizer tool. Gives a simple description of otherwise-complicated behind-the-scenes programs that can take up valuable memory and speed and tells you whether it's safe to remove them or turn them off - really handy.

Pros: I've been using TuneUP Utilities for about 3 or 4 years now on my personal computer and have used it to repair many of my friend's computers. During this time I have tested other so called tune up programes but none are as good as TuneUp Utilities.
TuneUp Utilities has many excellent features, easy to use, provides good explanations of all the features and most inportantly is very safe to use. All actions TuneUp Utilities does can be undone and restored back. Personally I have never experienced a problem from using TuneUp Utilities.
I highly recomend TuneUp Utilities
