Been a big fan since 2006.
Pros: Nothings changed. I love to customize my desktop & have yet to find a better way of doing it then Tuneup Utilities. I find everything in it works like a good maintenance software should. I am now using two like programs, this & Win Utilities. Both my Vista Ultimate & XP Pro systems stay nice, fast & clean with this combo. I'm a bit perplexed at the review claiming poor support on a paid program. Maybe the license has expired. I don't think it's a lifetime key in this one but try this email, beth@marchpr.com. She answered me just today on a request I sent two days ago. She's very nice to.
Cons: Zero in the cons department from me.

NOT a 5 star Baby
Pros: This program I bought and is very good but as of now it is NOT a 5 star program!!! But there is a 10 star program that does all most everything in the book!!! System Mech 7!!!!!! Check it out!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's pretty good
Pros: I like the 1-click maintenance but I like Wopti Utilities & Ace Utilities better. Wopti removed duplicate items in my registry that neither Tune-Up or Ace found.
Cons: Nothing - it's pretty good.

update has stopped working
Pros: what I use to like was that it updated, worked, and did the job
Cons: update doesn't work, I've had this PAID subscription for some time. All other programs I have paid or non paid, updates work fine. This one doesn't anymore so basically this is a 'free version' that I've paid for. Customer service will NOT HELP YOU OTHER THAN SAYING UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS SOFTWARE AND THE SUPPORT!
