Publisher's description of Total Spy
From IwantSoft: Total Spy is an all-in-one spy program that intercepts everything that is typed on keyboard, controls started applications, and active windows, visited URLs, scans Windows clipboard for changes, makes invisible screenshots from time to time, and writes this all to hidden folder on a hard drive. This program is absolutely invisible for everyone except you. You will only have to press the specified hot key to view the program. Version 2.7 is compatible with Windows Vista.- See more CNET content tagged:

Editor's review of Total Spy
Total Spy is a compact, efficient, and flexible entry in the monitoring software field. This application is hard to beat. Total Spy's simple, single-screen interface needs no manual to understand it. Options are well explained with a few words or simple titles. Settings are made with quick clicks of your mouse. Reports are displayed just as easily.
Total Spy's options dialog won't take but a few minutes to set. With just a couple of clicks you can set the program to load in hidden mode at system start. Another click can set a hot key to unhide the options box. The program captures key presses, screen shots, and visited URLs. Of course, each one has a single click option to toggle capturing.
Total Spy really performed by making its reports so easy to display. Merely click a date on the handy calendar, then click the report you want to see. Logged keystrokes helpfully includes the time, window name, user and keys pressed. The screenshots are easily set to save every minute up to 9999 minutes. They are not high resolution, but they're good enough to reveal most information. We really liked the simple Internet navigation report, which accurately displayed all the Web sites surfed.
Total Spy's very short demo period is a mere 12 uses. Still, we can easily recommend this software over many in this genre. You'll find few monitoring programs easier to install, configure, and use.
