For any professional paid by the hour, time is always money. While we liked the report functions of this time management and tracking program, we wish it was a little easier to use. The Time Sheets program lets you manage multiple projects and measure how much time is spent on each, to determine hourly rate and overall billing. Added features include designating "special" projects, such as work on a weekend or holiday or emergency project, which can adjust the hourly rate automatically. During testing, we were impressed that Time Sheets can easily convert reports into PDF format for easy billing, and even send reports from a PDA. The downside is that Time Sheets is slow to open new windows, and overall isn't the most intuitive program. Considering all its good features, it could definitely benefit from a clearer design. If you have the time to spare (or can at least bill it to the client) this is a program worth exploring for multitasking freelance professionals.

"program must be able to function after setup. patch needed prior to download."

Cons: Patch location not given for program, only benchtop performance given. Patch not recieved with program. Needs updating.
