"Mediocre at best. Takes forever to load at start-up. Graphics are pretty boring."

Pros: Does a fair job at what it was designed to do
Cons: Tech support is useless, a child is more helpfull. Not compatible with most firewalls or other anti spyware programs, uses outdated Kaspersky as their engine.

"Problems from the start with SD 2007 so they want to give me 2008 but no refund"
Pros: Nothing good to say about the software or the tech support or the company. Don't waste your time or money on software from this company. I only give it one star because I had to rate it and there was no zero.
Cons: Don't deal with this company. I don't know much about 2008 but SD 2007 never would complete a scan. Tried to work through the problems with their tech support until exhausted all options. (Their tech support could use some support.) Now they tell me it has been more than 30 days so they won't refund but will give me 2008. Called to talk to tech support, promised a call back. Tech support doesn't call back when they say they will and run the time up over 30 days and tell you sorry the system will not allow a refund after 30 days. They say 2008 will find any conflicting program and delete it before it completes install. Why would I want to delete my programs?
