From Wade Humeniuk: The Runner's Log is a simple, motivating running log. It provides a quick overview of your running and provides feedback on your training. Highlights of The Runner's Log include multiple runs per day, up to five weeks at a glance of your runs, training schedules, and shoe-usage tracking. The window uses a calendar method to allow you to see your runs--up to five weeks at a glance - enabling you to see overall patterns in your training and help prevent overtraining and injuries. Version 1.20 fixed multiple-day run bugs. Version 1.40 includes HTML reporting functions and milestones.

  It is so simple to use and keeps all the info you need.

  Pros: I like that you can see everything at a glance and it is so easy to enter all the info you need. I love this!

  Cons: It would be super if you could change the calendar to start on whatever day of the week you wanted. Some programs start with a Sunday, etc. This way you could set this up to coincide with any particular training program.

  Works well. I like the pictures - quick summary.

  Pros: It's easy to use and I like the way you can color code your activities and keep track of any and all types of workouts. I'm a beginner runner so it also helps me to follow a running program easier. I like the pictures, because I can quickly scan the month and see what and when I ran. Most importantly, I like that it's free!!! Thanks a bunch!

  Cons: Because I do a lot of cycling, strenghtning exercies, it would nice to somehow add options for "off" days of running. This would help me keep track of all my physical activities.

  Pros: Nice. But if you only have one computer in the house and two or more runners. You are screwed.

  Cons: How do you add more than one runner per computer?????????????????
