"Not worth Trying"

Pros: Can't find anything I really liked about it.

Cons: Software looks like it was written by a 12 year old. Very Unprofessional!

"works well"

Pros: intuitive. does everything. I could use it just about immediately, but I keep discovering new things that it can do. Great query engine.

Cons: report output could be prettier.

"Nothing but problems"

Summary: we paid full price for this program, thinking it would work for us (we manage just 2 apartment complexes) and it has been nothing but problems and there is no one there to help you. Everything is through e-mail and it doesn't solve anything, anyway.
