The Extractor lets you extract any number of files with just one click. Simply drag and drop zip files, any one file of the same rar set or any folder, with any number of subfolders, to add to the list of items to be processed. It can also delete processed files and folders after successful extraction. Supports ZIP and RAR archive formats. Version 1.4.1 has Windows shell integration.

Version: The Extractor 1.4.1
Pros: I love the fact that it remembers your settings. For example I download a lot of fonts and on my old software I had to change the destination folder for every thing. This it for all and I could extract them all at once instead of one by one.
Cons: I couldn't figure out how to start the extracting at first until I found the big 'go' button on the bottom. Thats the only con I can think of.

Pros: Its dead easy to use.
Cons: None at all can't find anything to moan about with this utility.
Summary: Like I said it's simple to use works great has never let me down. I particularly like the "test" feature that tests a rar file to see if everything is ok.
