Text2Html is a freeware text-to-HTML converter. This application is in designed to quickly convert many text files into HTML format. Text2HTML handles HTTP, FTP, Gopher, Telnet, WAIS, NNTP, and Mailto tags. Multiple files can be converted simultaneously.

Version 1.3 features an added *.htm, *.html, and *.txt filter, an option for upper/lowercase tags, and the ability to handle extra spaces as well as a number of bug fixes.

"Good basic program, documented, works, free, and no nags"

Pros: Converts basic text (not tabs) to basic html (no style sheets). Page backgound color, font, font-size, and more are user selectable. Line spacing is the same as the original text. Not an "installed" program. Just unzip it, read the docs, and click on the .exe. The 5Star rating is for what it is, not for what it is not. Thanks CyberMatrix.
