The teacher Gradebook supports 4 terms, 2 exams and 6 definable assessment categories for each course. The administrator can weight Terms, Assessment Categories and Examinations by course and year. The gradebook prints a variety of reports: Assignments, Term Reports, Summary Reports, Attendance (absences and tardiness), Contacts, Discipline and Seating Plans (with student photos: 36 grid layout with ability to change seat position). Score entry is fast and very intuitive -like a paper gradebook. Account Names with assignable Privileges (Admin or Teacher) control access to layouts and fields. MidTerm Exam, Final Exam, and Overall Grade. Users can experiment with the pre-entered data and add new data. Lesson Planner with 'smart sharing' between teachers instructing different classes in the same course.

Version 2.0.35 added validation to prevent a student score for a task being entered more than one once.
