Taskbar Manager
Makes working in multiple windows much easier and more enjoyable

Pros: This is a must have for anyone who needs to have multiple programs opened simultaneously! A wonderful tool for students working on research papers and other multi tasking projects; it enables the user to organize the taskbar by program types, usage, and convenience. Especially useful is the save option, whereby you can save the locations of the taskbar items for future use. For example, I use my internet browser more frequently than a works cited document, so I have it placed closer to the start menu. Also very convenient is the drag and drop feature, which is included in some other taskbar button managers; however, the user interface for Taskbar Manager is much easier to use, much more professional looking, and has features such as a manager for startup entries and shutdown scripts, all of which are features and bonuses not shared by any other taskbar programs. This is a great program to download, it WILL help you in your work, and if you enjoy keeping your surroundings as organized as I do, you will love this program

Taskbar Manager
Out of the ballpark - a must have for an ORGANIZED Windows Taskbar!

Pros: I was very pleased to come across Taskbar Manager ? I have been looking for this feature in Windows for a long time! This program works very nicely at keeping the taskbar organized as the USER wants it, not as Windows loads all of your startup applications. This makes using Windows more efficient for me, as I no longer have to scan the taskbar to find a window that I want to restore. THIS IS A FEATURE THAT MICROSOFT SHOULD HAVE INCLUDED IN WINDOWS ? THANKS Askarya Technologies.
Furthermore, I encountered the need for support; I have very rarely had such a quick, thorough, and courteous reply. This is very, very rare in this day and age, and demonstrates pride, contentiousness, and a can-do attitude.
A very useful tool for Windows, coupled with the ability to try-before you buy, a reasonable price, and fast, courteous, no-nonsense support make Taskbar Manager a MUST HAVE for Windows!

Taskbar Manager
Makes my work and play on the computer faster and more intuitive.

Pros: As a Web Producer I use several programs at once, with Taskbar Manager I switch from quickly from program to program because I place the programs I use most next to each other, and I also place the application in the order how my work flows, such as outlook first, then dreamweaver, then firefox, then internet explorer, then photoshop, then winamp and other applications. It's such a helpful tool, I install on every computer I work on. And it's works better than other similar software out there, the others are buggy in how they let you drag things.

Taskbar Manager
Order the task bar the way you want
by: fabriam

Pros: This is a brilliant piece of software, I've only been using it for 2 minutes & already it's doing exactly what I've wanted to do for years. The open applications in the 'Task Bar' are never in the same order or order I would like (especially when you're constantly opening / closing applications). I've never been able to figure out how to move these easily........well not any more, with Taskbar Manager running, you simply click & drag the applications to change positions in the Task bar. It couldn't be simpler.....I've been looking for this sort of application for years & finally the wait is over. I only wish I'd found it years ago !!
I haven't even started to explore the other features yet, this was enough for me, but I've also seen you can 'Enable' or 'Disable' programs that are to be run during system Startup ,very useful with PCs these days running all sorts of applications in the background that can slow your PC down.
I've tried a couple of other pieces of software, that claim to be able to do the same thing, but found them very cumbersome & difficult to use.......this couldn't be easier.......open it up & you can start re-ordering your Task Bar.

Taskbar Manager
Organize your taskbar in your way
by: Victor Sabaki Li
on 27-Nov-2007 12:06:46 PM
Pros: My computer has 2G memory and normally I open all my applications while working to take advantage of the big memory. Then comes the problem: the taskbar gets mess up due to too many opening applications. For example, I want my outlook on the very left side; this is the window I never close because this is the communication tool in the company. Next, I want my SAP window, because this is my daily routine. Then the SQL Server manager, remote desktop, etc., the last will be the browsers. Unfortunately I cannot re-order my taskbar under Windows XP SP2. I googled and I found this utility ? Taskbar Manager. It does a decent job. You can drag and drop like a breeze, or you can order in the list by clicking the up and down arrows. This software has fully incorporated my needs. It makes my taskbar organized and I can find my applications quickly.
