XNeat is an easy-to-use Titlebar, Taskbar and System Tray Utility that will Extend Windows' features. XNeat extends windows functionality through extra item added to the Windows Taskbar right click context menu. It can help people of various professions in their daily routine and everyone can find a way to use this program on his or her computer both in office and at home. Version 2.5.0.85 includes unspecified updates.

- "Handy taskbar tweaking"
This handy application adds display customization tools for your Windows title bars, system tray, and taskbar. XNeat presents a simple and clear-cut interface that sits in your system tray (though we wish it would customize itself as well.) Program options are easy to navigate. Though sparsely explained, each option includes a Help tab and animation to sort you out. We're relieved to see no trace of the nag screen that plagued former versions.
Xneat can configure the program to affect window transparency and position on top, and to send the window to tray when minimized. You also can customize title bar context menus to add the same options, and access open programs quickly through a hot key combination (Windows icon + space bar.) There's a new beta function to add Date and Clone buttons to Word files, but they never showed up on our already-customized computers. We'll need to test that further. Overall, we recommend this application to any user looking for additional window and taskbar options.

Pros: Use Taskbar Shuffle not this program see below.
Cons: After install it made my Browser window have a half inch gap from the bottom of the Vista Task Bar, even when I clicked full screen. It went back to normal after un installing this. Use Taskbar Shuffle.

"Very Uselul & Handy Software"
Pros: It helps managing the windows very efficiently specially if you are multi tasking and if you want the media player to run in the backgroud without any fuss.

"Well done, minimal resources needed"
Pros: moving taskbar items works just fine. I also am glad to see only kilobytes (at worst no more than 2 MB) of RAM used by this program on my machine.
Cons: Some of the features do not integrate well when other Desktop skinning applications are used simultaneously, but I would have expected that.

Cons: caused my XP Pro SP3 system to be unable to shutdown, and then it was a bit difficult to remove. Not that much of a neat person I guess
