One trick does not a magic show make. This basic program adds animated frames to digital images, a feature that's no doubt part of even the most rudimentary Web design programs. Be sure to read the tutorial before you dive into Table Animator, as the interface is cluttered and not exactly easy to understand. You can create tables and frames that move, rotate or blink, or ones with flowing or rubbery clouds. During testing we ran into a few options that didn't work at all. For example, we couldn't copy a file associated with an animated table. Overall, Table Animator has its tricks but they're not original or special enough to not be covered by most basic Web-building applications.
