Publisher's description of Theme Hospital
Just as in real life, you have to make your hospital function, carefully using your resources to good effect, healing and repairing the sick and injured, and giving yourself a warm feeling inside. Of course, things can go wrong, and when you're facing a psychiatric ward full of Elvis impersonators, you'll think you're the one who's going to need to lie down on a couch. While the attraction of casualty-style blood and guts is obviously there, the development team is keen to keep it to a minimum. All movements and animations are fluid; everything moves as it would be in real life. To add to the realism, other computer players are playing against you, creating and running their own hospitals; if you have access to a network, up to three other players can play. The network game is an all-out war: poaching staff from the other hospitals, balancing budgets, attracting your competitors' patients, and researching new cures and machines.

Cons: Comes with a set of files in a zip folder. Once extracted, it doesnt matter which one you press. It does nothing. So unless anyone has any suggestions...

"Almost the perfect, fun and enjoyable strategy game."
Pros: The game has many fun features such as comedy and user friendly interface. Almost perfect in the terms of game-play and game engine. I would reccommend this game to people with patients and a faint understanding on how to run a hospital.. Or at least understand what one should look like :)
Cons: The graphics, lets be honest set it back from its 5 star almost certaincy. We all can appreciate it isnt a new game but this game cannot offer much more without cutting edge graphics like the other top rated games. The game is quite slow-paced so this game isnt my ideal choice, i am sure there are many who would enjoy it much more than me.

"theme hospital game - how to access"
Pros: OKAY! This is the THIRD time I've typed this. Just wanted to REPEAT, that I left instructions on how to open the files in "karinzuja's" reply.
I'm too fed up with the internet to retype my review. To sum it up, the game's pretty entertaining and hilarious. Especially the originality/and animation of the diseases. The game's almost like sims, so if you like sims you might as well try this one too.

"Absolutely LOVED this comical game and played it over and over again"
Pros: Loved the humorous diseases, sound effects and numerous challenges (bigger hospitals and new diseases)Though I wasn't ever able to finish the game (see below) I spent so many hours playing all the lower missions, and it was fun trying to beat my last missions.
Cons: Bought the full version CD. Hated the fact that as I had FINALLY made it to the last mission and totally stoked about winning,.....there was some sort of glitch, and you could NEVER finish the game! I played that game so many times, just to see if it was me, my computer, whatever, but to no avail. I can't believe I could not finish the game, how frustrating!
