"Sorry MICROSOFT! Switcher is better than your FLIP!"

Pros: The background pages are mounted at the top of the active window which is easier to view and select your next open window. Better for online banking; numerals are still visable when you have your bank minimized to the top and excel or other favorite management program open. You can also adjust the speed of opening and minimizing screens. Way cooler!

Cons: None really...
