From Swishsoft:

Compress SWF files by 10% to 70% in batches. Compress flash projectors by 5% to 80% in batches. Compress folder or driver in batches. Identify bad files, optimized files, and normal files automatically. Protect SWF files. SWF to EXE and EXE to SWF. Standalone flash player and the built-in player. You can output Flash EXE file with Flash 5 version, Flash MX version, and Flash MX 2004 version by using standalone player. You can compress Flash EXE file up to 80% when you do SWF to EXE.

"does not work"

Cons: Says SWFs are already optimized. This SWF was published from Flash Professional 8 only seconds before trying to optimize.

Version: Swift Optimizer 2.0

"Great product"

Summary: This one really works!! Only suggestion is a control level for how much optimization you want. But nice layout -- easy to use. Love it!

"Rubbish"

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Totally froze my computer, had to turn off via switch in the end. Doesn't work at all and says files are already optimized when they are not!
