This free MSN Messenger enhancement tool offers some entertaining animations, but getting rid of it isn't as fun. Sweet IM places animated emoticons, winks, sounds, and nudges on a bar strategically placed beneath the standard winks bar in MSN Messenger sessions. An additional toolbar in Internet Explorer of animated emoticons for insertion into e-mails is also given. Interestingly, the toolbar also has IE tracks cleaning for cookies, caches, URLs, and search history. Links to SweetIM's search page, as well as to Google, Yahoo, and MSN, are conveniently placed on the bar. A mobile feature is also given, but it didn't work during our analysis. Sweet IM's emoticons can be seen on almost any e-mail transmittal, but its IM animations are only viewable by the recipient via a link unless they've installed the program. While there is an uninstall button on the toolbar to uninstall it, removing the bar from MSN Messenger is another story. Using Windows Add or Remove Programs doesn't uninstall the application; you'll need to manually get rid of its program files. Despite that drawback, MSN Messenger users will enjoy the attention-grabbing cartoons this software adds to IM conversations.

  This Live Messenger add on is fun.

  Pros: A friend toldme about this add-on a couple of weeks ago. If you have read my reviews you would understand that I had my doubts. I am a stickler on the security of my machine and this app was identified by one as spyware. So after some thought I added it to the white list.Other quality apps have also been identified as such. After testing and using, this add-on became a safe and fun thing to use in my book. Thanks to this publisher for the new toy!

  Cons: None, this is a safe and fun IM add on and a nice new toy! I did not hovever,install it's tool bar for IE.

  This version doesn't work with MSN Live 8

  Pros: -The smilyes are very pretty, nice and in 3D.

  Cons: - This version doesn't work on Messenger MSN 8 Live. I had to download a new version that is not available here. I don't know if the new version is safe and clean. ___________________________________________

  - The recipient of the smileys or the winks has to have SWEETIM installed as well, otherwise it will NOT work.

  Pros: this gives you over 100 extra(FREE) winks and loads more (large size)emocons that microsoft expect you to pay for..

  all spyware free

  Pretty Cool!

  Pros: This app brings a new and fun twist to your instant messaging!

  It is rumored that this app includes bundled spyware. I find this to be false! Many high quality products are detected as spyware ~ nonetheless, that doesn't make them spyware!

  Nero 7 Ultra is detected as ADWARE ~ if you set your security app to delete the portion of Nero 7 that is detected as ADWARE ~ Nero will no longer work.

  Cons: For any good thing there is a price!

  This app will give your flash player a workout ~ however, you should only notice this if your system is lacking of ram.

  Other than this, I notice no really major flaws.

  Pros: But, I"musing it any more. Some security applications identify it as a "potentially unwanted program' or as "containing spyware traces". I don't believe it because I never had any issues at all. It does work with "Vista" regardless of the fact it doesn't say so here. When I found the website that has all the free winks for "Windows Live IM" it just became a program that wasn't no longer necessary to me.

  Cons: I have no cons to offer.
