Publisher's description of Supernova: Galactic Wars

From Winter Wolves Game Studio: Supernova combines chess with shoot'em up. Choose your side: the evil Red Legion or the mystic Blue Army? Every side has 10 unique ships, each ship has up to 3 different types of fire for a total of 26 different weapons! Featuring Story Mode game and Quick battle. Version 1.1.3 fixed wrong statistic bug in the result screen, you can quit from the fight itself pressing Q key when paused, and Phantom Shield now grants only a bonus of half-damage from shots (not full immunity as before) to better balance the game. Added survivor battle mode, you'll be in control of the mothership and you'll have to survive as long as possible. After you destroy an opponent, a new one will appear after 10 seconds. In this short time you'll be able to pickup a repair bonus to restore some of the ship lost hit points.

  Supernova: Galactic Wars

  Short Simple Fun'ish'

  Pros: Easy to master.

  Cons: To quick, expect 10 mins of game time

  No actuall strategy to the game, move ship into combat and engage enemy. Much like a really bad version of Starcontrol combat. Clearly requires no great hardware. Has some bugs but as is so short will prob not show up.
