Java Contactor is the one application to manage all your contacts. Use Java Contactor at home and at work, then use the powerful built-in merge function to merge changes, and keep your contacts synched up everywhere. You can even merge when your home and office computers are on different operating systems, because the Java Contactor has versions in Mac OS, Windows, and UNIX. Version 1.5.1 added the ability to rename any field as well as to search on any field (up to 8 simultaneously); added full functionality for a free 30-day trial. Fixed install bug that required Java 1.4. Fixed import bug that silently stopped import at 50 contacts. Changed default email functionality to use any outbound TCP/IP port instead of port 5432 (caused problems for some users with firewall settings that blocked port 5432).
