Publisher's description of Strategic Baseball Simulator
This text-based simulation uses real statistics to simulate professional baseball. It's capable of replaying an entire league schedule in minutes and summarizing the results, or you can play a single game against the computer. It's easy to use and play, and optimized for fun and accuracy. Data is in ASCII for easy editing. Version 4.8.1 features better pitcher management and stat reporting, team colors, added 2005 teams and fixed several glitches.

Version: Strategic Baseball Simulator 4.8.1
Pros: SBS is one of the best baseball sims out there! Being able to play historical teams against each other is a good way to settle a bet about which team was better in the past. The new additions to this version only make the game even better. And you cannot beat the price - FREE!!
Cons: The only bad thing about this game is it's addicting as hell.

Pros: The game plays very true to the real-life performances of the players.
Teams are available from the late 1800s to the present.
The game and past seasons are all free!
I found the game very easy to install and play.
Cons: I can't think of anything that I don't like about the game.
