  Pros: It's been 1 year since I've quit smoking thanks to this book! I was a hard core 2-3 pack a day smoker and I immediately liked the book's message that I was begining a battle, that I was preparing to fight, that there were mental and physical tools you can use to DO battle, and that you WILL WIN this battle, if you keep to the method.

  I've read other quit smoking books that try to convince you that what you are feeling is not real and it is better to ignore or distract yourself from these false feelings, expecially after the first few weeks when even you wonder when the pain going to end. Not Stop Smoking Break The Chains, it tells you exactly what to expect and what do do about it. This book is the no nonsense deal for people wishing to give up the butts once and for all. Forget the gum, shots, and leave the lasers alone. This IS the final anwser.

  WONDERFUL! - Second time this book has suceded!

  Pros: I used this book to stop smoking a short while ago and I haven't smoked since - I am now happy to report that my mother has now also stopped since reading it a few weeks ago! Keep up the good work!

  Pros: What I liked about this book is that after I read it, I had a new sense of confidence. I really felt like I could do this. Certain words and phrases throughout the book really stick in your mind. Great job Mr. Jordon!!
